NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a 325-unit Class C community. You will manage leasing, marketing, staffing, and daily operations to maintain profitability and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include welcoming residents, posting income, coordinating upkeep, and reporting to the Regional/District Manager. Candidates with strong communication and budgeting skills excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of on-site Community Manager experience in multi-family property management.
• Strong leasing and marketing background with superior customer service.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word; willingness to use internet software.

Responsabilités

• Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional customer service.
• Post and record all community income accurately.
• Maintain social media presence and update ILS listings weekly.
• Inspect units for readiness and coordinate leasing with move-ins.
• Support budgeting and financial goals for the community.
• Respond to emergencies and complete incident reports.
