Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee site operations and drive resident satisfaction across multiple properties. You will manage Community Directors, vendor relationships, and financial performance to meet leasing and profitability goals.

The role requires 5–10 years in multifamily management, CPM preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Travel between properties and leadership across teams are essential parts of the job.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Community Directors and vendor relationships across multiple properties.
• Understand and communicate complex budgets and financial statements to leadership and owners.
• Track progress and report results to Bedrock leadership and owners on a regular basis.
• Lead Bedrock to achieve occupancy, revenue, and service goals across the portfolio.
• Travel between properties up to 25% of the time; represent Bedrock in the community.
