NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC seeks a Regional Manager/District Manager to lead multiple on-site communities. You will manage lease administration, rent collection, and property marketing while supervising on-site teams and reporting to the Vice President.

The role emphasizes budgeting, financial controls, and ensuring exceptional resident experiences across the portfolio. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this exempt, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as on-site Community Manager or RM/District Manager in a multi-family community.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Software experience preferred.
• Community budgeting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of several properties including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rental collection, delinquency management, and marketing.
• Ensure a high level of client and resident satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage on-site teams; maintain staffing levels.
• Create strategic marketing plans with UVR marketing teams to attract residents.
• Manage annual budgets, P&L statements, general ledger, and reports for owners and leadership.
• Inspect properties regularly to maintain curb appeal and operations.
