NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking an experienced Community Manager for an on-site multifamily community. You will lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations, ensuring a well-maintained, profitable property.

Responsibilities include daily team huddles, income reconciliation, social media presence, and market analysis to stay competitive. Candidates should have 2+ years of CM experience and be proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of on-site Community Manager experience in multi-family property management.
• Strong leasing and marketing background with superior customer service.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word; internet software experience preferred.
• Community budgeting experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional customer service.
• Lead daily team check-ins and coordinate with Service Supervisor.
• Post and reconcile community income; maintain social media presence.
• Keep ILS listings updated and ensure accurate Resman notices and move-ins.
• Lease apartments and follow up to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and adjust rent strategies as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain high standards.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable and support budgeting.
