Job summary

New Earth Residential LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple communities in the Las Vegas area. You will supervise on-site staff, manage lease administration, rental collection, and property P&L while ensuring high resident satisfaction and retention.

You will lead recruiting and mentoring, develop strategic marketing plans with our Urban Village program, ensure compliance with company standards, and coordinate with vendors and the corporate office to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Requires NV Real Estate License and PM Certification.
• Minimum four years as on-site Community Manager or Regional Manager in multi-family.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple properties and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency.
• Lead recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of on-site staff.
• Develop marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
