Job summary

The Housing Company is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of apartment communities in the Eastern Idaho region. The role requires strong leadership to maintain high occupancy, financial health, and compliance with housing regulations and company policies.

You will supervise on-site staff, coordinate maintenance and capital projects, and ensure timely reporting. Travel to different sites is required, with a focus on quality housing and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of demonstrated experience operating/managing apartment complexes with on-site staff.
• Experience with federal housing programs (preferred) such as Section 42, HOME, Section 8.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect interiors and exteriors and monitor work orders and capital needs.
• Supervise on-site staff and approve time sheets; address documentation deficiencies.
• Oversee contractors, verify insurance coverage, and manage budgets and payables.
