Job summary

National Church Residences seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead 18+ affordable housing communities across the portfolio. You will oversee compliance, audits, budgets, staffing, occupancy, and resident relations, ensuring high performance and audit-ready records.

Ideal candidates bring LIHTC/HUD experience, a track record of multi-property leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support sites across Indiana and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive property management experience.
• Experience in LIHTC and HUD property management.
• Supervision of 18+ properties and 8–12 direct reports.
• Frequent site visits and multi-property leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of 18+ affordable housing communities.
• Lead audits, inspections, MORs, and regulatory reviews.
• Manage operating and capital budgets and NOI performance.
• Ensure occupancy, resident relations, and property conditions.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop Property Managers.
