The role requires 5–10 years of property management experience, LIHTC/HOME, Section 8, or Rural Development familiarity, and strong leadership to drive results across regions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Property Management experience with regional responsibility.
• Strong LIHTC/HOME, Section 8, or Rural Development familiarity.
• Proven asset/portfolio management and budgeting skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct property operations to meet objectives and budgets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage property staff.
• Ensure accurate reporting through property management software.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies.
• Prepare annual regional budgets and monitor results.
• Coordinate with construction, development, and accounting teams.
