Job summary

Somerset Pacific is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities in Idaho. You will lead onsite teams, ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, RD, Section 8, and HOME programs, and drive operational and financial success while fostering safe, resident-focused environments.

You will coach Property Managers, monitor budgeting and expenses, and strive for consistent leasing, rent collection, and reporting across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing property management, preferably multi-site oversight.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, RD, Section 8, HOME, and Fair Housing compliance.
• Leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to multiple property management teams.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and maintain audit-ready records.
• Support leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and reporting processes.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams.
• Monitor financial performance and assist with budgeting and expense management.
• Promote resident satisfaction, safety, and positive community environments.
