Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site leadership.
• Prior experience as a Regional Property Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing (LIHTC / Section 42) and Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational performance across a portfolio of communities.
• Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and site teams.
• Manage budgets, occupancy, rent collections, and expense control.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and LIHTC regulations.
• Partner with internal teams (HR, Accounting, Compliance, Maintenance) to drive performance.
• Support hiring, training, and onboarding of site-level staff.
• Build relationships with vendors, agencies, and local housing authorities.
