Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of multiple properties across the region, ensuring efficient operations, strong resident satisfaction, and robust financial controls.

The role requires 5–10 years in property management, experience with Yardi, and a state license where applicable. You will lead leasing, maintenance, and reporting while partnering with property leadership and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Five to ten years of property management experience required.
• Three to five years of direct management experience required.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management system required.
• Real estate license required by state/local law.
• Knowledge of P&L statements, GLs, budgeting required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operations of several properties including resident satisfaction and retention, full resident lifecycle activities (lease administration, rental collection and delinquency management), property P&L, and property marketing in accordance with company standards.
• Responsible for ensuring a high level of client and resident satisfaction.
• Responsible for full associate lifecycle including recruiting, mentoring, and performance management.
• Creates strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents in conjunction with Avenue5 marketing team.
• Responsible for the properties annual budget, P&L statements, general ledger and creating necessary reports for the property owners and Avenue5 leadership.
• Regularly inspect the property to ensure curb appeal, office and maintenance operations.
• Responds to escalated resident complaints and issues and serve as liaison to residents and corporate office regarding a common area maintenance and landlord rules.
• Oversees site safety and risk management initiatives.
