Job summary

Avenue5 is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the operations of several multifamily properties in the Oakland region. You’ll supervise leasing, maintenance, vendor contracts, and monthly reporting while ensuring a positive resident and owner experience.

Key responsibilities include drive for resident satisfaction, overseeing associate life cycle, and producing timely financial and operational reports. A strong background in property management and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years property management experience required.
• 3–5 years direct management experience required.
• Experience with Yardi or equivalent PM system required.
• Real estate license as required by state/local law preferred.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, general ledger concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple properties, focusing on resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manage leasing lifecycle, rental collection, and delinquency management, and drive property P&L.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage performance of associates across properties.
• Develop strategic marketing plans to attract residents with Avenue5 marketing team.
• Prepare annual budgets and reports for property owners and leadership.
