Job summary

Avenue5 in Los Angeles area seeks a regional manager to oversee the operations of multiple properties, drive profitability, and lead a cohesive property leadership team. You will be responsible for lease administration, vendor contracts, budgeting, reporting, and delivering a superior resident experience.

The role requires 5–10 years of property management experience, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and proficiency with Yardi or similar systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Bachelors degree preferred
• 510 years of property management experience required
• 35 years of direct management experience required
• Experience with Yardi or equivalent PM system required
• Real estate license as required by state/local law
• Knowledge of P&L statements, budgeting, GLs is required
• 35 years of ownership-level responsibility of resident rental lifecycle required

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of multiple properties, ensuring resident satisfaction and retention
• Manages lease administration, rental collection, delinquency, and property P&L
• Leads recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of associates
• Creates strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team
• Oversees annual budgets, GLs, and reports for property owners and leadership
• Ensures compliance with property management agreements and safety standards
• Responds to escalated resident issues and liaises with corporate office
• Oversees safety records, loss claims, and risk management initiatives
• Travel as required and maintain regular schedule
