Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead operations for several multifamily properties. You will oversee resident satisfaction, lease administration, rental collection, and marketing in alignment with company standards and leadership.

Responsibilities include managing the property P&L, budgeting, and reporting to owners; recruiting and mentoring associates; and coordinating with the Avenue5 marketing team to attract and retain residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five to ten years of property management experience required.
• Three to five years of direct management experience required.
• Prior experience with Yardi or equivalent PM system required.
• Real estate license as required by state or local law.
• Understanding of HUD/loan assistance processes preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L, GAAP, budgeting required.
• Three to five years of ownership-level responsibilities in resident lifecycle required.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the operations of several properties including resident satisfaction and retention, full resident lifecycle activities, property P&L, and marketing in accordance with company standards.
• Ensures high levels of client and resident satisfaction.
• Manages associate lifecycle including recruiting, mentoring, and performance management.
• Creates strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents with Avenue5 marketing team.
• Responsible for the properties annual budget, P&L statements, GLs and reporting to owners and leadership.
• Adheres to Operations guidelines within the Property Management Agreement.
• Regularly inspects properties to ensure curb appeal and maintenance quality.
• Responds to escalated resident complaints and liaises with residents and corporate on AMCs and rules.
• Oversees site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Oversees safety records, loss claims and risk management initiatives.
• Performs other responsibilities as assigned by management.
