Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a district manager to lead operations across several multifamily properties. You will drive resident satisfaction, oversee lease administration, rental collection, and property P&L while partnering with property leadership.

The role requires 5–10 years of property management, experience with Yardi, budgeting expertise, and strong leadership. Travel is required to support sites and maintain Avenue5’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Real estate license may be required.
• Five to ten years of property management experience required.
• Three to five years of direct management experience required.
• Experience with Yardi or similar PM system required.
• Strong understanding of P&L statements and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple properties for resident satisfaction and P&L.
• Manage lease administration, rental collection, and delinquency.
• Develop strategic marketing plans with AVE5 team.
• Recruit and mentor associates; perform performance management.
• Prepare reports for property owners and leadership.
• Monitor site risk management and safety records.
• Ensure compliance with Property Management Agreement guidelines.
• Travel as needed; respond to escalated resident issues.
