Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ten years of experience in third‑party property management is required.
• Five years of experience managing multiple properties.
• CPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional and property teams, and address payroll, accounting, IT, legal, and risk management issues.
• Lead annual budgets, business planning, variance reporting and reforecasting for corporate departments and properties.
• Drive revenue growth and optimize client relationships across regions.
• Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with clients to align on strategic plans and KPIs.
• Manage regional offices and ensure effective use of resources and staffing.
