Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of several multifamily properties in the Oakland area. You will ensure efficient operations, manage vendor contracts, lease administration, and monthly reporting while delivering a positive experience for residents, associates, and property owners.

You will lead a regional team, drive client satisfaction, recruit and mentor staff, and develop strategic marketing plans with the Avenue5 marketing group.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of property management experience.
• Three to five years of direct management experience.
• Knowledge of P&L statements, budgeting, and GLs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of multiple properties including resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manages lease administration, rental collection, and delinquency management.
• Oversees property P&L, budgeting, and reporting to owners and leadership.
• Leads recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
• Creates strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents with Avenue5 marketing team.
• Ensures compliance with Property Management Agreement guidelines.
• Responds to escalated resident issues and liaises with residents and corporate office.
