Asset Living in California is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of housing communities. You will supervise on-site staff, manage leasing, maintenance, admin, and risk, and ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching staff, approving budgets, monitoring income and expenses, and driving net operating income through cost controls and leasing improvements. Travel 25–50%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years in housing industry preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff in accordance with company directives.
• Ensure staff effectiveness through ongoing training, coaching, and counseling.
• Manage salary and performance reviews; coordinate with HR and leadership on personnel actions.
• Approve timesheets, monitor vacation and sick time, and ensure proper documentation.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets/forecasts and report variances to leadership.
