Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager to oversee housing communities across California. You will lead on-site staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

Travel is 25–50% of time. A CAM/ARM certification is preferred, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in housing. Strong leadership and budget oversight are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management: screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff and ensure performance.
• Financial Management: develop budgets and monitor income/expenses.
• Strategic Leasing Management: develop marketing plans and leasing strategies; manage resident relations.
• Administrative & Maintenance Management: ensure reporting accuracy and timely maintenance.
• Travel: position requires travel 25–50% of time.

Education
