Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations of a housing portfolio, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management. You will supervise staff, ensure policy compliance and maintain fair housing standards.

As an offsite leader, you will drive performance, implement annual budgets, monitor expenses and revenue, and lead strategic leasing initiatives to maximize occupancy and NOI across properties.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site housing operations.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and NOI optimization.

Responsibilities
