Job summary

National Community Renaissance seeks a Regional Property Manager for the Los Angeles region to oversee property operations, compliance, and occupancy across multiple communities. You will supervise on-site teams, manage budgets, and partner with Hope Through Housing to deliver resident services.

This leadership role reports to the Vice President of Property Management and requires a Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of managerial experience in property or asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of management with significant operating budgets, staff supervision, and customer service.
• Experience in property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance and occupancy targets across properties; monitor budgets and audits.
• Lead Community Managers and coordinate with Hope Through Housing to deliver social programs and resident services.
• Develop and finalize annual budgets with the VP of Property Management and ensure lease compliance.
• Manage procurement, staffing, and vendor contracts; ensure operational excellence across communities.
