Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager in Los Angeles to lead a property team and drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

You will align leasing, marketing, maintenance, and resident services with budgeted targets, while maintaining a high standard of service. Guardianship of Fair Housing compliance, HR practices, and vendor management will be essential, as you partner with regional leadership to optimize NOI and asset value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma acceptable with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in property management or related roles.
• Locally mandated licenses/certifications preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team to achieve occupancy targets and financial goals.
• Recruit, coach, and manage staff performance; conduct reviews.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and NOI; report monthly.
• Develop leasing/marketing plans to hit occupancy goals.
• Oversee maintenance, vendors, and safety/compliance.
• Ensure resident services and conflict resolution per contract.
