We seek a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable properties primarily in Los Angeles, CA, providing strategic leadership and oversight of compliance, financials, and on-site operations. The role involves mentoring Community Managers, training staff, and partnering with clients and agencies to ensure HUD and LIHTC compliance while

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in multifamily property management, incl. regional/supervisory roles.
• Experience with HUD, LIHTC & PBS8 communities.
• 2+ years of regional management experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple affordable housing communities.
• Manage budgets per property and capex plans to meet financial goals.
• Supervise and mentor property managers and on-site teams.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and capital projects.
• Monitor occupancy and leasing performance; work with leasing teams.
• Prepare and submit Section 8 and LIHTC reports and recertifications.
• Engage with residents, staff, and government agencies.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Respond to resident and staff concerns with timely solutions.
