Job summary

National Community Renaissance in Los Angeles is seeking a Community Manager I to lead the overall administration, compliance, and maintenance of a property, aiming for 100% occupancy. You will partner with Hope Through Housing to develop resident programs and build strong community relationships.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this on-site role supervises 1-2 staff and ensures timely work orders, financials, and resident services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in a similar role with supervisory duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admin, compliance and maintenance to aim for 100% occupancy.
• Lead on-site staff and coordinate with community partners.
• Manage financials including petty cash, deposits, and reports.
• Handle resident services and program design.
