National Community Renaissance is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee property operations in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This full-time role manages compliance, budgeting, and resident services across multiple communities, reporting to the VP of Property Management.

You will lead Community Managers, drive leasing and occupancy goals, and partner with Hope Through Housing to deliver social programs. Strong leadership and 5–7 years of regional management required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years managing budgets, staff and customer service.
• Experience with financial management and reporting.
• Knowledge of Yardi and MS Office preferred.
• Must be able to pass Tax Credit Certification within 1 year.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee administration, compliance, and maintenance of properties within region to maintain occupancy.
• Build and lead a team of Community Managers.
• Collaborate with Hope Through Housing to deliver social programs.
• Direct financial activities: budgeting, invoicing, and audits.
• Represent NCR in community relations and partnerships.
