Confidential is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead the performance and operations of a multifamily residential portfolio in the greater Los Angeles area. The role emphasizes financial acumen, hands-on leadership, and collaboration with onsite teams and ownership to enhance operating results and asset value.

The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and capital planning while driving resident satisfaction and adherence to housing regulations.

Competenze

• Five+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Three+ years of supervising employees or managing teams.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and California housing regulations.
• Experience with property management platforms and resident screening systems.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting and operational analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

• Direct operational performance across multiple residential communities.
• Oversee annual budgets, financial projections, expense management, and capital planning.
• Review financial statements and operating trends to identify NOI improvements.
