Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties, driving operational and financial performance. This hands-on leader will mentor on-site teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure execution of business strategies aligned with company goals.

You will recruit, coach, and evaluate staff, collaborate with HR, and manage budgets and reporting. This role requires strong communication and a strategic mindset to optimize performance across communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may substitute.
• Four years of multifamily property management experience with at least two years in a Community Manager role.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Proven ability to lead on-site teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and interview process for site-level positions.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and annual reviews.
• Coordinate with HR on issues and policy compliance.
• Onboarding, training, and mentoring of team members.
• Perform site visits and client calls to ensure service excellence.
• Develop and execute business plans for each community on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence.
• Approve expenses and manage reporting to align with budgets.
• Review financial reporting and vendor invoices for accuracy.
