Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring site teams, conducting performance reviews, coordinating with HR, and performing regular site visits and client calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years in multifamily property management preferred.
• Experience managing multiple communities or portfolios.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and interview processes for site-level positions.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and annual performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure policy compliance and resolve conflicts.
