Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a housing portfolio, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration. You will supervise onsite staff, ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines, and drive profitability through strategic leasing and cost control.

Requirements include a high school diploma or higher, a Bachelor’s in a related field preferred, and CAM/ARM certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management: screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff; ensure training and performance reviews.
• Financial Management: budget development, monitor income/expenses, and capital improvements.
• Strategic Leasing Management: create marketing plans, lease closures, and retention programs.
• Administrative & Maintenance Management: ensure timely reporting, safety, and inspections; manage service requests.
• Travel: 25–50% travel annually for property visits, conferences, and training.
