RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Regional Director to oversee multi-site residential properties. You will lead community managers, develop budgets, and monitor financial and operational performance to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

We value a college degree in a related field, industry certifications, and hands-on multi-site property management experience. Strong leadership and vendor coordination are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
• First-hand, multi-site property management experience across resident services, operations, and finances.
• Industry certifications (CPM, CAPS, CAM) preferred; strong leadership and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops the annual budget(s) for the properties in the portfolio and analyzes financial statements to meet goals.
• Ensures portfolio performance with action plans based on market and financial reports.
• Leads community managers: interviews, hires, trains, and supervises staff per policy.
• Promotes client satisfaction with timely reporting and responsive communication.
• Analyzes market data to drive occupancy and revenue growth through strategic plans.
• Ensures properties meet standards; coordinates capital needs with stakeholders.
• Coordinates work with vendors/contractors, negotiates contracts, tracks invoices.
• Completes HR, financial, and administrative reporting; adheres to attendance and safety policies.
