RangeWater Residential seeks a seasoned Property Manager to oversee multi-site portfolios. You will develop annual budgets, supervise property teams, and drive occupancy and revenue growth through data-driven market plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
• Industry certifications CPM, CAPS, CAM preferred.
• Experience in multi-site property management and residential operations; managing financial, operations and customer service performance.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual budgets for properties and oversees attainment of budgeted goals.
• Leads property teams, hires, trains, and manages performance.
• Promotes client satisfaction through timely reporting and communication with clients/owners.
• Analyzes market data to identify trends and develops market plans to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinates vendors, contracts, invoices, and project communication.
• Ensures safety and property standards; reports capital needs and improvements.
