Crown Residential, LLC is seeking a Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of properties, lead property managers, and drive financial performance across multiple sites. You will guide operations, marketing, leasing, and asset management while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting expertise, and the ability to develop teams and respond to residents and staff. Expect travel between properties to support performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a regional manager in residential property management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; commensurate work experience considered.
• Experience managing a portfolio with extensive units and supervisory responsibility.
• Understanding of asset management, finance, operations, leasing and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management of portfolios including monthly financials and budgets.
• Guide and support property managers; ensure open communication among management, staff and residents.
• Lead marketing efforts and ensure policies are followed by management teams.
• Inspect properties and provide recommendations to improve property performance and retention.
• Build cohesive teams, manage performance and develop career paths for staff.
• Assist with HR tasks including interviewing staff, and handle vendor contracts and reports.
• Travel between properties as required to supervise operations.
