Qualifications

• College degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred.
• First-hand, multi-site property management experience.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and performance tracking.
• Leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual property budgets and monitors performance against goals.
• Supervises property teams, hires and trains staff, manages performance.
• Drives occupancy and revenue growth through market analysis and action plans.
• Ensures properties meet financial, operational and safety standards.
• Maintains client relations and communicates performance regularly.
