Job summary

Qualifications

• Incumbent must possess a high school diploma. College degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Industry certifications (e.g. CPM, CAPS, CAM) also preferred.
• First-hand, seasoned experience in multi-site property management across diverse assets.
• Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service to resolve issues and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual budgets for properties and oversees attainment of goals by analyzing financial statements.
• Ensures portfolio and communities meet operational, financial, and performance goals via inspections and action plans.
• Provides leadership to community managers and staffing; supervises performance.
• Manages vendor contracts, capital expenditures, and project progress with clear communication.
• Maintains client satisfaction through timely reporting and proactive communication.
