Job summary

Courser is seeking a Regional Project Coordinator to serve as the operational hub of project delivery. You will own project administration, coordination, documentation, and T&M work oversight within the North Atlantic region, guiding a team and coordinating with PMs, service delivery, and technical teams to ensure client success.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership. You will drive consistent project practices, manage schedules, and report status to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in project coordination or service delivery.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring staff.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project administration and documentation.
• Manage project schedules, meetings, resources, and milestones.
• Facilitate communication between clients, resources, and leadership.
• Lead a team of up to six Project Technicians.
• Monitor time entry, expenses, and billing readiness.
• Support project profitability through coordination and discipline.
• Follow established project management standards and governance.
