Job summary

Courser is seeking a Regional Project Coordinator to serve as the operational hub for project delivery across the North Atlantic region. You will own project administration, communication, documentation, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle, including T&M work oversight and client-facing activities.

You will lead a team of up to six Project Technicians, align work with regional standards, and escalate risks or scope concerns as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in project coordination, administration, operations support, or service delivery.
• Strong organizational/time management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps including Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project administration, documentation, and milestones.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports and meeting notes.
• Lead up to six Project Technicians and coordinate their assignments.
• Drive governance, templates, and standard operating procedures across projects.
