Job summary

JLL is seeking a Team Lead to oversee a regional PM team, drive project delivery, and ensure financial forecasting accuracy. The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, and vendors across multiple sites.

The candidate will guide professional development, manage cash flow projections, and support capital planning to meet CPI/KPIs, while using JLL tools for reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years in project management or similar role.
• Ability to communicate analyzed data to clients and team.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and space planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-7 project managers for delivery and career development.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts for the region.
• Support capital planning and project releases to meet CPI/KPI targets.
• Manage vendors to ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee multi-location projects and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with regional peers to address regional risks.
• Ensure adherence to client processes and deliverables.
• Utilize JLL technology platforms for project work.
