Computacenter is seeking a Practice Manager, PMO Regional Manager to lead a team of about 15 project managers and own the commercial outcomes of IT infrastructure programs. This role requires strong pre-sales and delivery experience, collaboration across professional services and delivery functions, and driving competitive, market-relevant service offerings.

Qualifications

5+ years of management experience.
Recent experience leading delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
Experience applying governance and control in overseeing delivery.
Innovative leadership with ability to develop individuals and teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to deliver services aligned with company objectives.
Oversee delivery of customer engagements and line management of ~15 project managers (regional travel).
Accountable for assurance, governance and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and innovate Practice capability to support business strategy.
Support growth with standardized, market-relevant service offerings.
Provide thought leadership and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.
Manage the team to achieve financial targets, competitiveness, productivity and quality.
