Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced leader to head the Digital and IT Operations PMO for the North and South America region. The role focuses on portfolio planning, budgeting, and governance to drive measurable business outcomes.

You will work with the Regional Digital Leader and other senior leaders to align priorities, ensure funding, and deliver value through improved IT services and security coordination. Hybrid, in-office collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise PMOs or portfolio offices in complex orgs.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting abilities.
• Experience establishing governance, KPIs, benefits management and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Digital and IT Portfolio Management Office (PMO) for North and South America.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and variance management within delegated authority.
• Define and operate an integrated KPI framework for portfolio delivery and IT performance.
• Ensure governance, decisions, accountability and outcomes are clearly reported to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional and global dependencies, reporting on improvements and impact.
