Job summary

LogistiQ Integration Solutions is seeking a Regional Field Execution Manager to lead Field Project Managers, Site Leads and Technicians across a designated region. This role requires ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget conveyor system installations and ongoing maintenance, while driving continuous improvement.

The position demands strong leadership, program management and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with travel as required by project needs. Remote work is supported within the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience in a supervisory or management role within project management.
• Ability to travel minimum of 25% and up to 75% as needed to oversee projects.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field, OR equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a regional team of Field Project Managers, Site Leads and Mechanical Technicians.
• Ensure successful installation and maintenance of conveyor systems across the region.
• Compile regional performance reports for senior management and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Develop and implement regional strategies for efficient field service delivery and resource planning.
