Job summary

Career Team seeks a Project Director to oversee a single project and ensure its strategic plan is executed. You will apply knowledge of Workforce Development protocols and lead the Corporate Management Team in ensuring quality and integrity across workforce functions.

The role requires 3+ years in operational leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple funding streams while coaching staff and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in operational leadership and management.
• 2+ years of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a single project and ensure its strategic plan is executed.
• Act as primary local contact and contract liaison with WSDET and TWC.
• Oversee daily program operations across the Deep East region.
• Ensure contract compliance and monitor programs.
• Lead teams, coach staff, and drive program initiatives.
• Support business development and identify growth opportunities.
