Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Masters/MBA preferred).
• 3-5 years of operational leadership and management experience with knowledge of WIOA contracts/programs preferred.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to lead a team with different working styles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Knowledge about the local region and relevant partners (preferred).
• Experience in planning and organizing work standards, processes, and references.
• Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, research and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, including the ability to perform a high volume of work with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and policies; monitor programs.
• Focus on budget management and performance metrics; coach front-line staff.
• Coordinate policy planning and continuous improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction.
• Assist with recruiting and maintaining workforce development talent.
• Develop strategies to emphasize performance objectives in daily operations.
• Plan and implement policies and procedures and a quality management model.
• Complete required documentation and reports accurately and on time.
• Serve as primary local contact and contract liaison for the funding source.
• Lead a team to execute program initiatives and support employee growth.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and annual performance evaluations.
• Approach each day with a proactive mindset and adaptability.
• Perform other duties and projects as needed.
