Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Oklahoma is seeking a Project Director to provide management, leadership and staff support to implement the Board and Workforce Center System's mission and business plans. Travel to Green Country offices as needed.

You will oversee budgeting across funding streams, ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, and lead performance improvements while building partnerships with employers and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Progressive management experience in workforce development or related field.
• Strong budgeting, planning and performance measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Workforce Center team to meet funding and regional goals.
• Plan and implement quality management and continuous improvement.
• Develop and monitor multi-stream budgets and cost allocations.
• Represent the Workforce Centers in local, state and national forums.
• Hire and promote staff, enable performance coaching.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and reporting requirements.
