Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to drive cost control and scheduling for PMO projects valued from $10M to $250M. You will work with project teams, procurement, and regional resources to manage cost and schedule across outages and maintenance initiatives.

The role requires expertise in Primavera or MS Project, Excel, and cost-loading schedules, with travel to sites frequently and a focus on delivering accurate KPIs and post-outage learnings.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a 4-year college degree are desirable however those with at least 2 years of direct experience may be considered with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in outage planning and cost tracking for large-scale maintenance projects is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building cost-loaded schedules and tracking outage costs.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project detailed schedules at L3 and L4 levels.
• Budget load, track actuals and estimate at completion for large PMO outages.
• Review contract payment terms and develop schedule of payments; ensure invoices align with terms.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet with project teams and vendors.
• Mentor and cross-train team resources on scheduling and cost tracking.
• Manage 4–6 external resources and coordinate with PMs, procurement, and regional teams.
• Support development of standard scopes of work for boiler and turbine outages and PMO projects.
• Prepare regional monthly cost, schedule and cashflow reviews; ensure KPI dashboards are accurate.
