Reworld seeks a Regional Project Controls Manager to drive cost control and schedule integrity on PMO projects ranging from $10M to $250M. You will serve as a subject-matter expert for planning and cost resources, collaborating with project teams, procurement, and management across US sites.

Responsibilities include building cost-loaded schedules, tracking budgets and forecasts, and ensuring vendor installments reflect project progress.

Formación

• Experience in outage planning and cost tracking in large-scale projects.
• Strong budgeting and cost control skills for multi-million dollar programs.
• Proven ability to build cost-loaded schedules and track progress.
• Experience reporting outage performance to senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Create and update large PMO project schedules (L3/L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals, and estimate at completion.
• Review payment terms and align invoices to progress.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet with teams.
• Mentor and cross-train team members on scheduling and cost tracking.
• Manage 4–6 external resources and vendor cost tracking.
