Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost control for PMO projects valued between $10M and $250M. You will support outages, maintenance, expansions, and emergency work, reporting to the Project Controls Director.

The role requires Primavera or MS Project expertise, strong cost tracking skills, budgeting, and the ability to mentor a small team across multiple sites with up to ~50% travel. Benefits include comprehensive plans and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of direct experience with HS diploma equivalent considered.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules at detailed levels L3/L4.
• Budget load, track actuals and estimate at completion for large PMO outages.
• Review contractual payment terms and develop a schedule of payments.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet with project teams and vendors.
• Mentor and cross-train team members in scheduling and cost tracking.
• Track vendor cost and cash flows with project managers and procurement.
• Support development of standard scopes of work for outages and PMO projects.
