Reworld is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to drive PMO project cost control and scheduling for large outages and maintenance programs. You will prepare detailed L3/L4 schedules, load budgets, track actuals, and manage vendor costs, while coordinating with PMs, procurement, and regional teams across sites.

The role requires extensive travel to plants (≈50%), mentoring junior planners, and reporting outcomes to senior management.

Competenze

• Experience in outage planning and cost tracking.
• Experience building cost-loaded schedules.
• Experience onsite tracking of large outages and reporting performance to senior management.

Mansioni

• Create and update large PMO project schedules (L3 & L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals, and estimate at complete for outages.
• Review contract payment terms and schedule payments.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams.
• Mentor and cross-train team resources on scheduling and cost tracking.
• Manage 4–6 external resources with KPI accountability.
• Develop standard scopes of work for outages and PMO projects.
• Support regional planning refreshes and monthly cost/schedule reviews.
• Ensure KPI dashboards reflect accurate data and analytics.
