Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost and schedule control for PMO projects valued between $10M and $250M. This role reports to the Project Controls Director and collaborates with cross-functional teams, vendors, and site personnel as a billable resource.

You will build and maintain large PMO schedules (L3/L4), manage budgets and forecasts, review contract terms, travel to sites, mentor staff, and drive KPI dashboards and post-outage reviews to identify

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; candidate with 2+ years direct experience may be considered with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in outage planning, outage cost tracking, and large-scale maintenance projects.
• Proven ability to build cost-loaded schedules and track outages.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules (L3/L4).
• Budget load, track actuals, and estimate at complete for large outages.
• Review contract payments and develop payment schedules.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams.
• Mentor and cross-train team resources on scheduling and cost tracking.
• Manage 4-6 external resources and coordinate with PMs, procurement, and regional teams.
• Develop standard scopes of work for outages and PMO projects.
• Prepare regional cost/schedule/cashflow reviews and KPI dashboards.
• Lead team meetings and post-outage review actions.
