Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to oversee cost control and scheduling for PMO projects ranging from $10M to $250M. The role reports to the Project Controls Director and serves as a billable resource across the business.

Responsibilities include creating large PMO schedules, tracking budgets, reviewing payment terms, and mentoring other planners globally. Travel to sites is required to audit costs and support teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred; two years with HS diploma acceptable.
• Experience building cost-loaded schedules for large outages preferred.
• Experience in reporting outage performance to senior management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules at L3/L4 levels.
• Budget load and track actuals with ETC for outages.
• Review contract payment terms and develop payment schedules.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams.
• Mentor and cross-train team members on scheduling and cost tracking.
• Track vendor costs and cash flows with project managers.
