Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to drive cost control and scheduling for PMO projects ranging from 10M to 250M. The role reports to the Project Controls Director and collaborates with stakeholders across sites as a billable resource.

You will build and maintain detailed PMO schedules, manage budgets, and ensure invoices align with contract terms and project progress. Occasional international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Outage planning and cost tracking experience preferred.
• Experience building cost loaded schedules for large projects.
• Strong MS Office and planning tool proficiency.
• Ability to report outage performance to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Create/update large PMO project schedules (L3/L4).
• Load budgets, track actuals, and estimate to complete costs.
• Review contract payment terms and manage progress invoicing.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet with teams.
• Mentor junior planners and manage external resources.
• Prepare regional cost, schedule and cashflow reviews.
